I just hopped on here to remind someone that there are no, “Maybes” in God’s vocabulary.

Sometimes we can get caught up in our own insecurities that we pray/say something like, “Maybe God will come through and ….” Or, in our desperation, we find ourselves crying out in frustration, “Maybe if God would hear me…”

If He said He will do it.

“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

Numbers 23:1

You can trust Him. If it’s in His Word, then it’s for you. If He did it in the Bible, He can do it again! If you’re in the habit of praying/declaring maybes, can I just encourage you to remove that word from your prayer vocabulary? He’s got you. It’s not a “maybe,” it’s a “definitely.”
